Shipping

Allmusicimport.com ships via the United States Postal Service (USPS) 1st Class priority mail system. International orders are shipped via Air Mail as offered by the USPS.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

Shipping is a charge of $3.50 + $1.25 for each additional item per order for shipping and handling unless otherwise indicated by special offers or promotions.

Please allow 3 - 10 business days for delivery.

International Shipping
Worldwide "Shipping cost is $6.00 + $2.50 for each additional item per order for shipping and handling unless otherwise indicated by special offers or promotions.

Please allow 7-25 business days for delivery worldwide.

Please be advised, delivery of items internationally can be subject to taxes, duties, or customs fees charged by your local government which can also delay your product. We advise you to check with your local authorities about those fees/delays as customs policies vary with each country. Any customs and import duties that are required once the product reaches it's final country of delivery are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for any of these fees or delays as we have no control over the country's policies. We cannot refund shipping and handling on products that are returned to us due to your country's import restrictions but will refund the product. However, if an item is confiscated due to your country's restrictions, we cannot refund the product or the shipping and handling charges.




PA residents: We must add 6% sales tax to your order.
Florida residents: We must add sales tax from 6% to 7.5% depending on your shipping address.

Speed Up Your Order

Want it fast? When you place an order, these are things you can do to help us deliver it to you faster:

  • Type your shipping address accurately and double check that it is correct. Incorrect shipping addresses are our #1 most frequent reason for shipping delays.
  • Use your 9 digit zip code. You can look it up on the USPS web site.
  • If you are requesting shipment to your work address rather than home address, please type your business or organization name on the first address line and the street address on the second address line. Missing business/organization names are our #2 most frequent reason for shipping delays.
  • Type your billing address the same way it is shown on your credit card statement. This helps accelerate the credit approval process.
  • Please double-check your e-mail address to make sure you have entered it correctly. We want to be able to correspond with you about your order.
  • Please give us your phone number. We may need to contact you quickly if there is a problem.

    AllmusicImport.com does not store your credit card information on our computers; we only use it to process your order. Additionally, AllmusicImport.com will never share your credit card information with any outside organization.

    We use an Address Verification System (AVS) to help protect customers from unauthorized use of their cards. When you place an order, please enter your billing address and phone number the same way your credit card company has that information on file. This will help us make sure we are shipping your order to the right address.

    When you place an order with us, you are stating that you are the cardholder of the credit card and that the charge is authorized. We take credit card fraud seriously and report all instances of abuse to the credit card issuing bank, the United States Postal Inspection Service, and the local police department

    Inventory Availability

    We update our inventory on Yahoo! Shopping several times every day. We make every effort possible to process and mail orders received before 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time that same day. The likely processing time (e.g. "Usually ships in 1 day") is shown for each item and is updated daily. "Usually ships in 1 day" means we have sufficient stock to cover high order volumes and we will almost always be able to process and mail those items the same day. We are able to process and send almost all orders within 48 hours.

    Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed and mailed the next business day.

    Sold Out Items and Backorder Policy

    As our inventory is updated several times every day, if you saw an item listed it means we had it in stock within the past few hours. Regretfully, we sometimes receive more orders for an item than we expect, and we may be temporarily sold out of an item that you ordered.

    We have a "no backorder" policy because we do not want to hold your order hostage if we are sold out of an item. We want you to have the flexibility to place your order somewhere else as soon as possible. We will automatically cancel your order if we are sold out and we will notify you as soon as possible.

    If you have ordered multiple items we will process and mail the items that we have in stock (we want to deliver what you have ordered as quickly as possible) and cancel the sold out portion of your order. We will reduce the shipping and handling charges based on the number of items shipped.

    What if I want to cancel my order?

    Please email us at info@allmusicimport.com and request that we cancel your order. Please do this as soon as possible after you place your order. Our warehouse process is engineered for speed, and it is not possible for us to cancel an order once it reaches our warehouse. Please see Returns for more information.

    Returns

    You must contact us first to obtain the required Return Authorization Number

    Our warehouse will not be able to process your return without a Return Authorization Number.

    You may return any item that is unopened, in its original wrapping within 30 days from date of purchase. We are not able to accept returns after 30 days for any reason. Upon receipt of the item at our warehouse, we will credit your credit card for the amount of the purchase, minus shipping and handling charges. To return an item, please email us at info@allmusicimport.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason you are returning the item(s)


  • We will contact you with instructions and provide you with the required Return Authorization Number.

    In the case of damaged or defective items: A damaged or defective item can only be replaced by the same item. An alternative item may not be substituted. Please send an email to info@allmusicimport.com and include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s)you wish to return
  • Description of the damage to the item(s)


  • We will contact you with instructions and the required Return Authorization Number. We will not charge you any additional shipping and handling charges for replacement items.

    We will refund shipping and handling charges only if the return is a result of our error.
